Our history

"ISTROPA" has been with you since 1996, providing high quality engineering and consulting services in construction and civil engineering. Over the years our business has expanded to include building and retailing our own developments as well as selling land suitable for building.

In recent years Istropa was a leading force behind construction of two major retail developments in Istria – Lidl in Labin and Kaufland in Pula. Every step: from finding suitable locations, dealing with local authorities in obtaining legal paperwork to designing projects and the construction work, was managed by Istropa experts. Over the past twelve years Istropa had also worked in constructing residential and tourist developments, in co-operation with German partners.

Our present

Istropa is involved in property developing and selling high quality properties in Istria, one of the most attractive and prominent parts of Croatian coastline. We do not just build, we also care for our environment. Our preference is to use natural, local and renewable materials as much as possible. We pay great attention to adequate insulation, weatherproofing, installing environmentally friendly heating systems etc…

If buying land is your preference, there are several reasonably sized building plots currently available, all positioned in sought after locations, close to transport links and coastline.

With our continuous professional development and active participation in small and large scale projects, Istropa specializes in offering complete services: from finding suitable location, obtaining required legal documents to designing and construction of your desired project.

We are currently offering several attractive developments in various stages of completion. One of them (Fazana) is less then 100 meters away from a local beach while others are close proximity to the coastline.

Off plan options are available on our building plots. They come in different sizes, which determine sizes of the projects to be constructed. We are prepared to work with our customers in designing suitable projects and managing building process throughout.

1. FAZANA – OUTSTANDING LOCATION, house overlooking national park Briuni.

Versatile project: large house that can be split into three smaller units

Large and versatile project (250m2) comprised of comfortable and spacious flat (170m2), an additional apartment (30 m2) and business premises (50 m2). The project is erected on 516 m2 plot of land. Extremely attractive location in the heart of Fazana town, positioned only 90 m from the sea front and the beach, overlooking national park Briuni. 2. ZMINJ – harmony of NATURAL WOOD and STONE
