Great expansion of shopping centers at the beginning of this decade has set a new challenge: finding the right location and the required size of land plot with the required infrastructure, as well as the interest to build such type of building.

We had to overcome many preconditions and obstacles before we received the final building permits for 10500 m2 of land, where we built the building covering 2000 m2 (1300 m2 of sales area), for the sale of food and other products and with nearly 200 parking spaces.
