Residential buildings in Istria and inland Croatia

We have built residential buildings at different locations for a variety of investors with their personal wants and needs.

We found a site, designed a project and obtained necessary permits, and constructed buildings and handed them over to the investors at different stages of completion, from construction by roh-bau system or completing a project to a "turnkey" phase.
